Came home to a mailbox full of catalogs. I used to love getting catalogs. I would thumb through every single one. Now that I do all of my shopping online, I just toss out catalogs. Probably need to hit one of those websites to cancel the paper. Save a tree!!

It's as if someone flipped a switch. Overnight all of the beautiful fall colors have popped up! Fall is my favorite season.

Finally got my mohop sandals!!! I've been wanting a pair for years and because they are handcrafted, they are hard to find in a store. I just cannot buy shoes without trying them on. Saw they had a booth at the Renegade Festival and finally got a pair! So excited to wear these next season!!

I have found great success with acupuncture and have now added in some herbal therapies. I'm not gonna lie, they taste awful, but they work! They don't have scary side affects like Western meds, and are not habit forming. Whatever your ailments, give it a try!!

Embracing flax seed meal. I have been trying to introduce more fiber into my diet. Being a picky eater, this is quite the challenge. But, I've found flax seed meal can be added to pretty much anything and doesn't affect the taste. Hooray!!
