A lazy Saturday that ended with great music. Not bad. Here's to a new year of ten on ten! All shot on my newest camera crush - the Fuji x-t1. I have officially made the jump to mirrorless to lighten the load and am quickly falling in love with my new picture takin' partner!

over the rainbow
Saw this guy open for another artist I was seeing last year and he did this little version of over the rainbow - apparently just warming up with the band and decided to sing it during the show. We were blown away. What a voice! Bonus tune here!

Jan 8 2015 : landscape : A view of lake Michigan in the winter. It was -3º outside with a windchill -14º so I had to run out, snap snap and run back. Chicago can be just wicked cold, but isn't she pretty?
